Unsere Kellerei entstand aus einer tiefen Liebe zur Weinproduktion und unserer Heimat. Die Familien Caponi und Marsili, nach denen unser Name benannt ist, haben schon immer eine starke Bindung geteilt. Unsere<\/p>\n

Zu dieser Zeit war das Tal haupts\u00e4chlich der Obstkultivierung gewidmet, und der Weinmarkt war noch eine untergeordnete Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Der urspr\u00fcngliche Weinberg in unserem Anwesen wurde mit Montepulciano-Trauben bepflanzt, aus denen heute unser „Rosso Marche“ entsteht.<\/p>\n

Dieser Weinberg diente als Grundstein und treibende Kraft f\u00fcr die Entwicklung unserer Kellerei. Getrieben von der Leidenschaft von Enrico Caponi, dem \u00d6nologen und Enkel des Unternehmens, beschlossen wir, einige der Weinberge neu zu bepflanzen und unsere eigene Kellerei auf unserem Land zu errichten, um unseren Wein zu versch\u00f6nern und wirklich einzigartig zu machen.<\/p>\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich dazu haben wir wei\u00dfe Weinberge angelegt. Anfangs f\u00fchrten wir Pecorino<\/strong> und Passerina<\/strong> ein, die das R\u00fcckgrat unserer wei\u00dfen Weine bilden und insgesamt 3 Hektar Land bedecken. Sp\u00e4ter trafen wir die Entscheidung, auf 0,2 Hektar zwei einzigartige Rebsorten zu integrieren: Gold Traminer (eine Kreuzung zwischen Traminer und Trebbiano Abruzzese) und M\u00fcller.<\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=“stretch_row“ equal_height=“yes“ content_placement=“middle“ css=“.vc_custom_1689167044470{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;background-position: center !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: cover !important;}“][vc_column width=“1\/2″][vc_empty_space]

Wir haben auch unsere Produktion von Rotwein diversifiziert, indem wir zwei ungew\u00f6hnlichere Rebsorten f\u00fcr unsere Region eingef\u00fchrt haben: Merlot und Syrah, die eine Fl\u00e4che von 1,5 Hektar einnehmen.<\/p>\n
